Thanksgiving Program

Junior Friends Miranda McGrath and Hannah Tierney help out with the crafts at the library's Thanksgiving program while Children's Librarian Ms. Lindsey reads to the crowd. Come visit and see the many materials we have on and about Thanksgiving.

Simply Stories

The topic of yesterday's Simply Stories Storytime was 'Pets'. Having two pets of my own I decided to join the fun and read a story to the children from 'Dog and Bear: Two's Company' by Laura Vaccar Seeger. The kids were great and followed along in the telling of the story.

The Reptile Guys

The Reptile Guys came to the CPL on November 11th and brought with them a 12ft. albino Burmese python for all to hold!!! It was a packed house at the Library and many reptiles slithered around!!!

Community Center - Halloween Party

In addition to our library having a Halloween event, our staff read to children at the Halloween Party at the community center.

Halloween Party

Saturday's Halloween party at the library was a special day with kids dressed up as their favorite superhero, cartoon character, firetruck, or flower. The junior friends were a great help assisting our staff throughout the program. To see more photos click here.
