The library took part in Chili Fun Days at Davis Park last Saturday and it was a success much to the creative ideas and input from David, Katheryn, Donna, Jenn and Deb. We had a setting of cornstalks, straw, and marigolds where children at the park were read stories, and Katheryn's daughter, and her daughter's friend helped apply tattoos to those who stopped by the table. The day offered another opportunity to connect with those in the community reminding them of our special place in their lives.
