Back by popular demand! On April 20th kids came to the library to read to therapy dogs. You can see for yourself what a great way it is for children to begin to feel confident reading aloud.

- I have worked within the Monroe County Library System for the past 20 years. My previous position was Assistant to the Director for MCLS where I oversaw system support services. Prior to this I was manager of both the Literature & Media Division, and the Information Center at the Central Library of Rochester and Monroe County. My wife Mary Jo is also a librarian and currently works for the Rochester Public Library. We are both avid bird watchers, love antiques, and have two dachshunds to keep us busy.
