Patron Appreication Day
What better way to recognize our receiving the Rochester Regional Library Council 2010 Public Library of the Year, than to have a Patron Appreciation Day at the library. Here is a selection of pictures from today's thank you event for the community.
I have worked within the Monroe County Library System for the past 20 years. My previous position was Assistant to the Director for MCLS where I oversaw system support services. Prior to this I was manager of both the Literature & Media Division, and the Information Center at the Central Library of Rochester and Monroe County. My wife Mary Jo is also a librarian and currently works for the Rochester Public Library. We are both avid bird watchers, love antiques, and have two dachshunds to keep us busy.
