The library has been getting more and more questions over the years from patrons on how to use the internet, how to get an email account and how to download eBooks and access databases. Because of this we had to rethink how to offer internet/email/OverDrive classes to the public. People have different levels of knowledge they all need slightly different things.
Taking this into account we are now offering a "15 minute basic tech tutors" service. All our patrons need to do is contact the library’s reference desk to fill out a form with their specific needs and available times and we will arrange a time to help them with their need.
